Frequently Asked Questions

Domain verification confirms that you own or control the website originating checkouts. This protects your account from unauthorized use and ensures checkout requests execute only under approved domains.

  1. Go to your domains list in the dashboard.
  2. Download the unique verification check file provided for your domain.
  3. Upload the file to the root directory of your website.
  4. Click Verify in the dashboard to confirm ownership.

Once you configure your panel provider settings (such as Strong Panel or compatible panels) and assign panel package IDs to your plans:

  1. Customer chooses a plan and completes payment.
  2. The Bridge Pay backend connects securely to your IPTV panel API.
  3. The system provisions a new account line or extends an existing subscription.
  4. Credentials and connection details are displayed immediately to the customer on screen.

This feature has not been implemented yet


  1. Navigate to the Settings page in your dashboard.
  2. In the PayPal Settings card, enter your paypal account email or merchant id under Live environment.

You can also use the sandbox mode to test the integration using paypal’s sandbox mode before going live.

Transactions process directly through your connected PayPal merchant account. Bridge Pay does not hold your funds.


How does a customer find their Order ID on PayPal?

If a customer paid through PayPal:

  1. The customer opens their PayPal account Activity tab.
  2. They select the transaction associated with your store.
  3. Under the Order Summary section, they will see order ABCXYZ123.
  4. The 10-character alphanumeric string is their unique Order ID, which matches the record in your orders dashboard.
