Bridge Pay Subscriptions & Billing

To use Bridge Pay on your custom domain, your domain must maintain an active subscription. This guide explains the subscription plans, how to pay using cryptocurrency, how to cover network fees, how to redeem referral credits, and how renewals work.

1. Plans & Features

Bridge Pay offers two subscription tiers for custom domains:

• Basic Plan:
  • Full access to the checkout popup widget.
  • Standard PayPal payment integration.
  • Automated or manual IPTV order fulfillment.
  • Unlimited transactions and sales volume.
• Pro Plan:
  • Everything in Basic Plan.
  • Direct Credit & Debit Card Processing (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) directly on your store without requiring buyers to have a PayPal account.
  • Priority transaction routing and features.

You can select a 1 Month billing period or a 12 Month annual bundle (which grants 12 months for the price of 10, giving you 2 months free).

2. Paying Your Subscription via Crypto (USDT BEP-20)

Subscription payments for Bridge Pay are handled via Binance Smart Chain (BSC BEP-20) USDT for fast, low-cost verification.

Step-by-Step Payment Instructions

1. Go to your seller dashboard and open your domain page.
2. In the Billing & Subscription card, click Upgrade Plan or Renew Subscription.
3. Choose your Plan Tier (Basic or Pro) and select your Duration (1 Month or 12 Months).
4. If you have a referral code or discount voucher, enter it into the discount box and click Apply.
5. Select the BSC (USDT BEP-20) payment network.
6. Click Proceed to Payment.
7. The payment window displays:
   • Target Deposit Wallet Address: The destination wallet address for your payment.
   • Exact Amount Required: The exact amount of USDT you must transfer (for example, 29.00 USDT).

Important: Covering Network & Exchange Withdrawal Fees

When sending your payment from an exchange (such as Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, or OKX) or a crypto wallet (such as Trust Wallet or MetaMask):

• The destination wallet must receive the exact required amount.
• Crypto exchanges deduct a small withdrawal fee from your transfer (for example, 0.20 USDT or 0.50 USDT).
• If your plan costs 29.00 USDT and your exchange charges a 0.30 USDT withdrawal fee, ensure your withdrawal total is set to 29.30 USDT so that exactly 29.00 USDT arrives at the recipient address.
• Transfers that arrive below the expected amount cannot be confirmed automatically by the blockchain verification check.

Verifying Your Transaction (TXID)

1. Complete the transfer in your crypto wallet or exchange app.
2. Once the transfer completes, copy the Transaction Hash / ID (TXID) from your withdrawal history or wallet transaction receipt.
3. Paste the transaction hash into the Transaction Hash (TXID) input field in Bridge Pay.
4. Click Verify Transaction.
5. The system connects directly to the blockchain network to inspect the transaction receipt and ensure 12 network block confirmations (which takes approximately 30 to 45 seconds).
6. Once verified, your domain’s expiration date updates instantly, and your checkout becomes active immediately.

3. Paying with Referral Credits

If you share your referral link or code with other sellers, you earn referral credits whenever they subscribe.

• Each earned credit can be redeemed for subscription service time.
• To redeem credits, click Claim Referral Credits on your domain billing card.
• The system checks your available balance and extends your domain’s active subscription with a single click, without requiring any cryptocurrency payment.

4. Upgrading and Renewing Early

• No Lost Time: You do not have to wait until your current subscription expires to renew. When you renew early, the additional months are appended directly onto your existing expiration date.
• Upgrading from Basic to Pro: You can upgrade a domain from Basic to Pro at any time. The new Pro tier features (such as credit card checkout) become available as soon as your upgrade transaction is confirmed.
