Order Delivery & Order Recovery
Bridge Pay ensures customer orders are fulfilled smoothly and safely. This guide covers how automated IPTV delivery works, credit safeguards, how credentials persist on the customer’s device, and how both buyers and sellers can find and recover orders.
1. Automated IPTV Account Delivery
Section titled “1. Automated IPTV Account Delivery”For domains configured with Automatic Order Fulfillment:
Real-Time Reseller Credit Verification
Section titled “Real-Time Reseller Credit Verification”Before a buyer can start checkout, Bridge Pay inspects your connected IPTV panel balance in real time:
- The system calculates the required credits based on the plan duration and number of connections.
- If your reseller panel has insufficient credits, the checkout button displays Plan out of stock and prevents the transaction from proceeding.
- This safeguard ensures customers can never pay for an order if your panel lacks the credits to create the account line.
Instant Credential Delivery
Section titled “Instant Credential Delivery”- As soon as the customer’s payment (via PayPal or Credit Card) is confirmed, Bridge Pay automatically provisions the new account line on your IPTV panel.
- The customer’s Username, Password, and Server URL are displayed directly inside the checkout popup window.
- The customer can copy these credentials with a single click and begin streaming immediately.
2. Browser Local Storage: Never Losing Credentials
Section titled “2. Browser Local Storage: Never Losing Credentials”To ensure buyers never lose their purchased account details if they accidentally close their browser window or refresh the page:
- Saved Automatically to the Device: Every completed order and its associated IPTV login credentials are saved directly to the buyer’s browser local storage.
- Recent Orders Menu: The next time the buyer opens the checkout widget on your website, a Recent Orders section appears at the bottom of the window, allowing them to view their active plan and credentials with one click.
- Privacy & Control: Buyers can remove orders from their browser storage anytime using the delete button if they are using a shared computer.
3. Order Recovery: Restoring an Order
Section titled “3. Order Recovery: Restoring an Order”If a customer switches to a new device, clears their browser cache, or closes the checkout screen without saving their login details, they can recover their credentials in seconds using their Order ID.
